Two unbelievable offers for the 2012 season

1. The first offer is; pay one year at our regular price of $4995.00 per person per week, and get the next 4 years of fishing for almost free.
2. Second; this year only, 2012, fish 3 days 2 nights for $995.00 per person or 6 days 5 nights for $1,850.00 per person.

Why would I do this and what is the catch, right? The first catch is you have to have fun when you come up. Second, you have to tell others about your experience (it's called word of mouth advertising) that is why I am willing to do this. What I want are repeat customers. This is the best way, I believe, to get established; you pay our normal price one week (6 days 5 nights) of our rate of $4995.00 per person, four people minimum and 8 people maximum. I will give you 4 more years of use of the cabin for the minimal fee of $500.00, (per group /per year) to cover taxes and $100.00 cleaning. For the next 4 years. This of course would not include your guide and food. I will be happy to teach you the ropes this year so you can go out on your own next year. Your cabin has all the equipment needed to cook your own food. It would include a small boat and motor you will have to pay for the gas you use. If you want meals and a guide it would be provided for an extra fee.

If you are looking for simply a one year chance of a life time trip the pricing for this year is only 3 days 2 nights for $995.00 per person and 6 days 5 nights for $1,850.00 per person. Each additional night would be $200.00 per person, per day.

Additional reasoning for this unique approach: Sports shows take time and money and I believe the best way to market is to have others come have fun and tell others about it. This is a limited offer, because once the clientele is established we will go back to the regular fees of $4995.00 per person. My goal is not to be the biggest lodge, just the best. Also, to make memories that last more than just one day. In the future we will be adding a helicopter service as well as rafting and ATV trips.
